Refresh OpenSpec configuration files.

openspec update [path]

Description

Updates the OpenSpec instructions files (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, project.md, slash commands) to the latest versions provided by the CLI package.

• Safe Updates: It uses markers (<!-- OPENSPEC:START -->) to update managed sections without overwriting user customizations outside those blocks.
• Tool Agnostic: It only updates configuration files that already exist; it will not create files for tools you haven't initialized.
